If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy within a 15-day window from the date of delivery. Refund Eligibility:

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.


Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@thebellecasa.com with your order details and a clear reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Secure Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If possible, use the original packaging.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective.


Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  2. Refund Issuance: If the returned item meets the criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  4. Exclusions: Custom or personalized items (such as engraved drinking horns or personalized photo frames) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


Lost or Damaged Returns:

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance coverage to safeguard against any potential issues.


Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: Our standard processing time for orders is 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

    • North America: 3-5 business days

    • Europe: 5-7 business days

    • Australia & Oceania: 5-7 business days

    • Asia Pacific & Latin America: 4-6 business days

  • Customs & Import Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

  • Shipping Options: We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Cancellations After Shipping:

  • Restocking Fee: If a customer requests a cancellation after the order has shipped, a restocking fee of 12% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees incurred for the original shipment are non-refundable.

  • Returns During Transit: If the product is already in transit when a cancellation request is made, the customer may:

    • Refuse Delivery: Once the package is returned to us, we will process the refund, minus the restocking fee.

    • Accept Delivery & Return: If the product is accepted and returned, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.


Exceptions:

  • Custom & Personalized Products: Customized items, including personalized photo frames, engraved drinking horns, and bespoke decorative trays, are non-refundable. These items are made specifically for you, and we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
